Since its semester break, I have decided to join the Get Your Life Together Challenge. In which in this case, the first-week Sleep Schedule. To take into account that I have noticed my sleeping schedule is quite messed up.
13th December 2018,
I went to bed at 11:52 PM and wake up the next day at 6:42 AM Thanks to my cat Garfield for waking me up. In total, I got almost 7 hours of sleep.
15th December 2018,
A bit late that I sleep around 1:23 AM since I do not want to stop reading a novel, and wakes up at 7:08 AM to feed the cats and went back to sleep, woke up at 11 AM afterward. Damn, I feel like shit! Total of 8 hours of sleep.
16th December 2018,
I am getting more and more late in terms of going to bed now, 1:55 AM and woke up at 7 AM as usual to feed the cats, went back to bed and woke up at 12. In the total of 9 hours of sleep.
17th December 2018,
Sleep 1:30 AM and wake up not as early, at 7:55 AM and guess what? I did not go back to sleep! 6 hours of sleep

Hahahaha I am crying! I sleep at 2:16 AM, and wakes up at 7:57 AM. I mean its okay a bit! 6 hours.

Not that late, 1:14 AM BUT I WOKE UP AT 12! And I got a bad headache from this. I was supposed to wake up at 7 to call Farid for his presentation but it got canceled last minute and I went back to sleep again.
20th December 2018,
Way to go for the last day! I sleep at 4:15 AM because I was so curious about Riverdale S3 and I woke up at 12 PM.
I do get enough sleep around 6-8 hours, which is good honestly. The thing is that I’m a night person, I used to be a morning person, but I find out that I am more productive at night. So that explains why I sleep so late, but I need to manage my sleeping pattern as well. Okay next up will be the #GYLT Habit and Self Care! let’s go let’s go!
Oh also, I think that I should compile a video of this challenge too. Only if I’m not that lazy to edit.
